Yoghurt & Cucumber Dip

Perfect with a spicy curry, this cooling Yoghurt & Cucumber Dip is quick and easy to prepare.

Serves 2

Ingredients

  • 200ml Low Fat Natural Yoghurt
  • Squeeze of Lemon Juice
  • 1.5 inch piece of Cucumber – cut into small strips or chunks
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Coriander

Method

  1. In a small serving bowl, add the yoghurt and stir well
  2. Add a good squirt of lemon juice
  3. Add your cucumber
  4. Sprinkle on the coriander
  5. Stir well
  6. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge until required
