Perfect with a spicy curry, this cooling Yoghurt & Cucumber Dip is quick and easy to prepare.
Serves 2
Ingredients
- 200ml Low Fat Natural Yoghurt
- Squeeze of Lemon Juice
- 1.5 inch piece of Cucumber – cut into small strips or chunks
- 1/2 tsp Ground Coriander
Method
- In a small serving bowl, add the yoghurt and stir well
- Add a good squirt of lemon juice
- Add your cucumber
- Sprinkle on the coriander
- Stir well
- Serve immediately or chill in the fridge until required
