He said… “The wine has matured with much of the basic fruity flavours now departed. The wine is raw, with a strong alcholic taste and a long after taste. This is a good accompianment to meaty food but not recommended to drink on its own.”
She said… “Lovely ruby red wine that has quite a distinct dry taste on the first hit but not too many levels after. A good strong taste initially that would go well with spicy dishes or meat. Quite strong flavour and good overall but not one of the best.”
Should improve with age for up to 10 years.
