Gravy

Ingredients

  • 10 fresh Oregano leaves or 1 tsp of dried Oregano
  • 3 leaves of basil
  • 6 tsp of good quality gravy granules
  • Good dash Modena Vinegar
  • 8 Garlic Cloves – peeled and very lightly crushed (optional)
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 450 ml boiling water
