This is a quality red that goes down well with or without food. Dry with intense blackcurrant flavours and a hearty aftertaste. I like it!
MontGras Reserva Carmenère 2013
Highly recommended, this Chilean wine is really nice and has bold fruit flavours with a smooth taste throughout.
Beronia Rioja Reserva 2009
A really nice wine to accompany spicy food, this Beronia has a woody, blackberry taste on the initial taste followed by a warming flow. Very nice and one that we would purchase again.
Chateau Martinens 2008 Margaux
This wine is well balanced with fruit and acidity in equal measures. Raspberries are evident on the initial tasting with oak maturing and faint chocolate flavours.
Muga Rioja 2008 Reserva
This Rioja is very smooth and excellent with food, especially meats, or on its own.
Faustino I Gran Reserva Rioja 2001
This Faustino Reserva Rioja 2001 is a well-rounded red wine with a good flavour that goes well with food. The bottle is impressive too!

Good deep woody tastes with a hint of spiciness but no fruit flavours.
Isla Negra Seashore Chardonnay 2013
You can't generally go wrong with a Chilean white and this is nice crisp wine that goes well with fish or pasta dishes. I enjoyed it and would buy again.
